Kaara is living proof that dancing feet are made, not born. After a youth spent cowering from dance floors of all kinds, Kaara learned to connect movement to rhythm in the humble confines of a YMCA step-aerobics class. She went on to discover a world of moving pursuits, including capoeira, go-go, salsa, swing, and yoga. Kaara is now an avid social dancer, a dance-fitness instructor, and a choreographer, and co-directs ‘60s-style go-go troupe the Revelettes. Kaara believes that dancing is just about the best thing you can do for your body, heart, and soul, and is excited to share the magic with you.
